刺血拔罐法治疗肝火上扰型突发性耳聋30例

摘　　要：目的:观察刺血拔罐法治疗肝火上扰型突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:将肝火上扰型突发性耳聋患者60例随机分为治疗组30例与常规西药对照组30例,治疗组在药物治疗基础上加用刺血拔罐法治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈8例,显效10例,有效8例,无效4例,临床总有效率为86.7%;对照组痊愈4例,显效5例,有效11例,无效10例,临床总有效率为66.7%。治疗组显著高于对照组,P<0.05。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of blood letting puncturing and cupping on sudden hearing loss of the Ganhuo Shangrao type(肝火上扰型).Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine;and the treatment group was given blood letting pancturing and cupping more.Results:In the treatment group,8 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total efficiency was 86.7%.In the control group,4 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,and 10 cases were ineffective.The total efficiency was 66.7%.Efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher,P<0.05.
