摘　　要：目的:探究针刺治疗在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑损伤(HIBD)中的应用效果。方法:将80例HIBD患儿按家长意愿分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组经常规综合治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以针刺治疗,对比两组治疗结果。结果:观察组治疗6、12、18个月的MDI和PDI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组预后不良率为7.5%,低于对照组的17.5%(P<0.05)。结论:对HIBD患儿辅以针刺治疗可进一步改善智能和运动发育,降低临床预后不良率。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD).Methods:80 children with HIBD were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the wishes of their parents,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The observation group was supplemented by acupuncture more.Results:The scores of MDI and PDI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 6,12 and 18 months(P<0.05).Adverse reaction rate of prognosis in the observation group was 7.5%,and lower than 17.5%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage was effective,can further improve the intelligence and motor development,and reduce adverse reaction rate of prognosis.
