加味百合地黄汤配合耳穴埋豆治疗围绝经期不寐96例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味百合地黄汤配合耳穴埋豆治疗围绝经期不寐的临床疗效。方法:192例不寐的患者随机分为两组,每组96例。对照组给予口服艾司唑仑片治疗;治疗组给予加味百合地黄汤配合耳穴埋豆。观察两组在治疗前后中医证候疗效、中医临床症状积分的变化。结果:治疗组能明显降低中医临床症状积分(P<0.05),尤其入睡时间、总睡眠时间、睡眠深度等症状改善来讲,差异表现尤为显著。治疗组的总有效率是96.9%,而对照组的总有效率为89.6%。结论:加味百合地黄汤配合耳穴埋豆在治疗围绝经期不寐方面能明显改善患者入睡时间、总睡眠时间、睡眠深度等症状,有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Baihe Dihuang decoction(百合地黄汤)plus auricular point sticking on menopause insomnia.Methods:192 patients were randomly divided into two groups,96 cases in each.The control group was treated with esmolol tablets orally;the treatment group was treated with the Baihe Dihuang decoction plus auricular point sticking.The efficacy and TCM symptoms before and after treatment in groups were observed.Results:The scores of TCM clinical symptoms in treatment group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),especially in terms of sleep time,total sleep time,depth of sleep and other symptoms.The total efficiency was 96.9%in the treatment group,and 89.6%in the control group.Conclusion:The Baihe Dihuang decoction plus auricular point sticking on menopause insomnia shows good clinical efficacy,can obviously improve the sleep time,total sleep time,sleep depth and other symptoms.
