探究理肝扶脾止泻汤用于治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨理肝扶脾止泻汤用于治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取我院于2015年6月-2017年5月接收的60例IBS-D患者作为研究对象,将以上患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予口服匹维溴铵片治疗,观察组给予理肝扶脾止泻汤口服治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的中医症状积分、中医证候疗效以及治疗前后的血清内5-羟色胺水平。结果:治疗后,两组患者的中医症状积分均显著降低,且观察组较对照组降低更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清内5-羟色胺水平均显著下降,且观察组较对照组下降更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:理肝扶脾止泻汤用于治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效显著,且能有效纠正血清5-羟色胺水平,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To study clinical efficacy of the Ligan Fupi Zhixie decoction(理肝扶脾止泻汤)on diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:In our hospital from June 2015 to May 2017,60 patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly selected as experimental objects.60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with pinaverium bromide,while the observation group was treated with the Ligan Fupi Zhixie decoction.The effect on TCM symptom integral,TCM syndromes and the level of serum serotonin in two groups between before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,symptom integral of Chinese medicine in two groups was lower than before treatment,that in the observation group was more decreased than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum serotonin levels in two groups was lower than before treatment,that in the observation group was more decreased than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ligan Fupi Zhixie decoction on diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome was very effective and worthy of promotion,and can effectively reduce serum serotonin levels.
