摘　　要：目的:观察鸡矢藤注射液阻滞配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取神经根型颈椎病的患者60例,应用鸡矢藤注射液阻滞病变神经根,并配合传统枕颌带牵引,共治疗1个疗程,通过VAS指数、颈椎病治疗成绩评分来观察患者治疗前后的疗效,并对其疗效、安全性进行评价。结果:1个疗程后,患者的VAS指数、颈椎病治疗成绩评分均有明显改善,且优良率达86.7%;同时未出现不良并发症及不适反应。结论:鸡矢藤注射液阻滞配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病可明显改善患者临床症状和体征,疗效显著,且安全性较高。Objective:To observe the efficacy of the Jishiteng injection(鸡矢藤注射液)and traction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:60 patients were given the Jishiteng injection and traction,for a course.The effects and safety were evaluated by the VAS index and treatment score.Results:The VAS index and treatment score were significantly improved;the excellent rate was 86.7%;and there were no adverse complications and discomfort.Conclusion:The Jishiteng injection and traction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs,with remarkable curative effects and high safety.
