浅谈中医护理方法对已溃期糖尿病足预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病足已溃期患者应用中医特色护理方法治疗的效果。方法:50例患者随机分为两组,25例采用中药外洗、VSD负压引流护理、辨证施护、健康指导、饮食调护等中医护理方法;25例患者采用常规护理方法。结果:中医护理组患者创面愈合率、愈合时间、住院时间、住院费用均优于常规护理组。结论:通过对糖尿病足患者采用多种中医护理的方法可加快创面的愈合,降低患者的致残率,减少并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the efficacy of TCM nursing on diabetic foot at breaking period.Methods:50 cases were randomly divided into two groups.25 cases were given TCM medicine external wash,VSD negative pressure drainage,nursing of syndrome differentiation,health guidance and diet nursing.25 cases were given routine nursing.Results:The wound healing rate,healing time,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the TCM nursing group were better than those in the conventional nursing group.Conclusion:TCM nursing can accelerate the wound healing,reduce the disability rate and the complications.
