基于霍普金森压杆的波形整形技术研究

摘　　要：为保证火工品实验的试件能达到高g值的加速度,该文改进传统霍普金森压杆中的波形整形技术,采用圆台形薄片和圆柱形薄片作为波形整形器,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行数值分析,得到试件的速度-时间曲线、加速度-时间曲线、压杆末端应力-时间曲线。数值模拟仿真和实验结果分析一致,实验结果表明:圆台形整形器的上表面直径和圆柱形整形器的直径相同,子弹以相同速度撞击压杆,在圆台形整形器的作用下试件的加速度和速度都大于圆柱形整形器作用下的试件的加速度和速度;子弹以相同速度撞击压杆,下表面直径相同上表面直径越大的圆台形整形器,试件的加速度和速度越大。In order to ensure that pyrotechnics test piece of pyrotechnics can achieve high g value accelerations,this paper has improved the waveform shaping technique of traditional Hopkinson pressure bars,using circulartable slices as wave shaper,and ANSYS/LS-DYNA for numerical analysis.The speed-time curve,acceleration-time curve,stress-time curve at the end of the rod were obtained.The experimental results show that,when the diameter of the upper surface of the circular-table wave shaper and the cylindrical shaper are the same and the bullet hits the pressure bar at the same speed,the acceleration and velocity of the test piece under the action of the circular-table wave shaper are always higher than those of the cylindrical shaper,and when the bullet hits the pressure bar at the same speed,the larger the upper surface diameter of the circular-table shaper(with the same lower surface diameter)is,the higher the acceleration and velocity of the test piece will be.
