摘 要:通过FLUENT仿真模拟,建立组合双弯管及收缩管道仿真模型,研究双声道超声波流量计安装位置和雷诺数对于管道内流体速度场的影响。通过流量计的相对误差及修正系数的计算,定量分析流量计的最佳安装角度以及最优声道位置。模拟结果表明,组合弯管和收缩管与超声波流量计的安装位置至少为20D才能保证管道内流体充分发展;流量计安装角度在45°时能够最大限度覆盖更多的速度区域,保证测量的精确度;通过修正系数随雷诺数的变化情况得出双声道超声波流量计的最优声道位置为距管道截面中心0.225D处。研究结论适用于不同类型管道结构,有助于超声波流量计的优化设计以及工业应用中测量精度的提高。The influence of the installation position of the dual channel ultrasonic flow meter and the Reynolds number of the fluid on the velocity field of the fluid in the pipeline is studied by the means of establishing combined double bend and contraction pipe simulation model based on the FLUENT stimulation.The optimum installation angle and the optimal sound track position of the flowmeter are quantitatively analyzed through the calculation of the relative error and the correction coefficient of it.Simulation results show that the installation position of flow meters should be at least 20D to ensure the full development of the fluid in the pipe.The flowmeter can cover more speed regions to the maximum extent and ensure the accuracy of the measurement at an installation angle of 45°.And the conclusion that optimal sound track position is at 0.225D position to the pipe section center is drawn through the change of the modified coefficient along changes of the fluid Reynolds number.The research findings are suitable for different types of pipe structures and are helpful to the optimization design of ultrasonic flowmeter as well as to the improvement of measurement precision in industrial application.
