摘　　要：目的:观察糖肾宁对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠肾脏组织中TGF-β1 mRNA表达的影响。方法:用三联造模法(单侧肾摘除+高糖高脂+小剂量STZ腹腔注射)建立早期糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,药物干预12 w后,采用RT-PCR方法研究糖肾宁对肾脏组织中TGF-β1 mRNA表达的影响。结果:用三联造模法可成功复制早期糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,模型大鼠的肾脏组织中TGF-β1 mRNA表达呈异常增多趋势,糖肾宁可减少TGF-β1 mRNA在模型大鼠肾脏组织中的异常表达。结论:糖肾宁可有效过降低TGF-β1 mRNA在模型大鼠肾脏组织中的异常表达,可能对肾功能起到保护作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Tangshenning on expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in the kidney tissue of model rats with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:The models of rats with early-stage diabetic nephropathy were established by triple-unitedmodeling(unilateral nephrectomy,high-glucose-high-fat diet and peritoneal injection of small dose STZ).After 12 weeks of drug intervention,the effect of Tangshenning on expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in kidney tissue was researched by RT-PCR method.Results:The models of rats with early-stage diabetic nephropathy could be copied successfully by triple-united modeling.The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in kidney tissue of model rats showed a trend of abnormal increase.Tangshenning could lower the abnormal expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in kidney tissue of model rats.Conclusion:Tangmaining can effectively lower the abnormal expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in kidney tissue of model rats,which may have a protective effect on kidney function.
