摘 要:甘薯是一种重要的粮食作物,块根中具有高含量的淀粉和丰富的营养物质。在甘薯育种中,杂交育种为其主要育种途径,但因甘薯种内及种间存在较高程度杂交不亲和性,对甘薯育种亲本的选择及种质资源的利用造成了严重的限制。为了克服甘薯杂交不亲和性,国内外学者针对不亲和性机理及克服方法开展了大量研究,主要包括甘薯种内不孕群的划分、甘薯种内和种间杂交不亲和性生理及分子遗传机制的研究、甘薯杂交不亲和性克服试剂的筛选、体细胞杂交对甘薯种内及种间杂交不亲和性的克服等。主要从以上各方面对相关研究进展进行综述和讨论,以期为甘薯杂交不亲和性的克服及相关机理的研究提供参考。Sweetpotato is an important food crop,with high starch content and rich nutrients in tuberous root.For sweetpotato breeding,cross breeding is the main breeding way.However,the characteristics of intraspecific and interspecific cross-incompatibility are the serious obstacle for sweetpotato crossbreeding and germplasm resources utilization.In order to overcome sweetpotato cross-incompatibility,lots of work had been carried out and focuses on mechanism study and overcoming method,including intraspecific cross-incompatibility group division,crossincompatibility physiology and molecular mechanism research,cross-incompatibility overcoming reagents selection and application,somatic hybridization applying in the cross-incompatibility overcoming and so on.Here,we reviewed the detailed research progress of these works,so as to provide a reference for sweetpotato cross-incompatibility overcoming and further research in related mechanism.
