摘 要:总结所研发的纺织品水平摩擦静电衰减测试仪的特点及测试效果。探讨了目前国内外纺织品静电衰减测试方法,研制了一种纺织品水平摩擦静电衰减测试仪,阐述了该测试仪的测试机理、传感器类型、信号处理电路、控制系统、摩擦压力调节装置、校准系统,并研究了影响该仪器静电测试的因素。指出:所研制的纺织品水平摩擦静电衰减测试仪具有较高的测试精度。认为:该测试仪适用于含有导电纤维纺织品静电衰减性能的检测。The characteristics and test effect of developed textiles horizontal friction static electricity decay tester were summarized.Current textiles friction static electricity decay test methods at home and abroad were discussed.A textiles horizontal friction static electricity decay tester was developed.The test mechanism,sensor type,signal processing circuit,control system,friction pressure-regulating device and calibration system of the tester were explained.The factors that affecting static electricity test were studied.It was pointed out that the textiles horizontal friction static electricity decay tester had higher test accuracy.It is considered that the tester is suitable for textiles static electricity decay test of conductive fiber.
