摘　　要：探讨多元彩色自循环转杯混色纱的设计方法。通过PLC控制系统独立控制三个给棉罗拉,实现多根纤维条给棉速度的在线控制,提出了多元彩色自循环转杯混色纱混纺比例和纱线细度的在线调控方法;纺制了不同色彩风格的段彩纱、竹节纱、彩节纱、多片段渐变色纱和色彩与细度双变纱等混色棉纱,对纱线色彩风格特征进行了分析。指出:在线混配色的纤维混和效果良好。认为:该生产方式为实现从图案到纱线的逆向生成提供了可能。The design method of multi-color self-circulating rotor spun color blended yarn was discussed.Three feeding roller were separately controlled by PLC control system.The online control of feeding speed for multiple fiber sliver was obtained.The online control methods for the blending ratio and yarn fineness of multi-color self-circulating rotor spun color blended yarn were put forward.The color blended yarns with multiple color styles like segment color yarn,slub yarn,color slub yarn,multi-segment gradient color yarn,color&fineness double changeable yarn and so on were spun.The yarn color style characteristics were analyzed.It was pointed out that the blending effect of online blended color was better.It is considered that the production method provides the possibility for the reverse production from pattern to yarn.
