采用部分细绒棉纺JC 5.83 tex纱的工艺实践

摘　　要：探讨配用部分细绒棉纺特细特纱的工艺。制定了纺JC 5.83tex纱部分配用细绒棉的试验方案,并进行试验对比。结果表明:采用50%新疆长绒棉、35%澳棉、15%地产细绒棉的配棉方案,通过在各工序采取相应的工艺技术措施,可以达到采用100%新疆长绒棉的纺纱效果。认为:采用细绒棉部分替代长绒棉纺特细特纱可以有效降低配棉成本,且能保证纺纱质量稳定。Process of spinning fine yarn with partial medium cotton was discussed.A test plan for spinning JC 5.83 tex yarn with medium cotton and contrast test were made.The results showed that cotton assorting plan of 50%Xinjiang long staple cotton,35%Australian cotton and 15%medium cotton was adopted.Spinning effect of 100%Xinjiang long staple cotton can be achieved by adopting corresponding technology measures in each process.It is considered that cost of cotton assorting is effectively reduced and stability of spinning quality is ensured through adopting partial medium cotton.
