摘  要:为了提高纯棉灯芯绒织物的纬向撕破强力,在不改变其他织物参数和上机参数的前提下,仅改变了灯芯绒织物的地组织,测试了改动前后织物的缩水率、断裂强力、撕破强力和表面绒毛丰满程度。测试表明:改进织物组织后,灯芯绒织物经向和纬向的撕破强力均提高,断裂强力有所提高,经向缩水率略增,纬向缩水率显著降低,织物表面绒毛丰满程度基本不变。认为改进织物组织能在不增加生产成本和不改变织物外观的条件下有效提升织物撕破强力。In order to improve the tearing strength of pure cotton corduroy fabric,the ground weave of the corduroy fabric was changed without changing other fabric and loom parameters.Water shrinkage,breaking strength,tearing strength and fullness of fabric surface fluffy before and after the fabric structure modification were tested.The test results showed that after the improvement of the fabric structure,the tearing strength and breaking strength of the corduroy fabric were increased,the warp direction water shrinkage was slightly increased,the weft direction water shrinkage was significantly reduced and the fullness of fabric surface fluffy was basically unchanged.It is considered that the warp and weft direction tearing strength of the fabric can be effectively increased after fabric structure modification,without increasing the production cost and the appearance of the fabric.
