中空棉纱针织物的性能研究

摘　　要：探讨中空棉纱针织物的性能特点。采用精梳棉纱与水溶性维纶长丝制备了几种中空棉纱,并制成针织物。测试对比了中空棉纱针织物与常规棉纱针织物的上染率、减重、强力、吸湿性、速干性、保温性。结果表明:中空棉纱针织物具有手感柔和、上染率高、吸湿速干、轻量化、保温效果较好的特点。认为中空棉纱及其织物达到了产品的设计要求,符合高档织物的市场趋势。Property characteristics of hollow cotton yarn knitted fabrics was discussed.Several hollow cotton yarns were prepared by combed cotton yarn and water soluble vinylon filaments.The hollow cotton yarns were used to make knitted fabrics.The dye-uptake,weight loss,strength,hygroscopicity,quick drying property and heat retention of hollow cotton yarn knitted fabric and conventional cotton yarn knitted fabric were compared and tested.The results showed that knitted fabric made of hollow cotton yarn has the characteristics of softer hand feeling,higher dye-uptake,moisture absorption and quicker drying,lighter weight and better heat retention effect.It is considered that the hollow cotton yarn and its fabric could meet the design requirements of product and conform to the market trend of high-grade fabrics.
