摘 要:为满足无线温度检测系统的小体积蓄电池自供电要求,进行系统低功耗设计研究。分析自供电无线温度检测系统的结构及工作原理,通过场效应管MOSFET-SI2302控制信号处理电路的关断,主控芯片休眠与工作模式的切换,无线数据传输模块的休眠与工作模式的切换共3种技术方案的协同,完成系统低功耗设计。通过电路仿真软件Proteus进行电路功耗仿真实验,实验结果表明提出的3种低功耗设计方案能显著降低系统功耗,能很好地解决无线温度检测系统的小体积蓄电池自供电问题。The low-power consumption design of the system is studied to meet the requirements of the small-volume battery self-powered supply of the wireless temperature detection system.The structure and working principle of the self-powered wireless temperature detection system are analyzed.The technique schemes of signal processing circuit shutoff controlled by the MOSFET-SI2302,switching between the working mode and sleeping mode of master chip,and switching between working mode and sleeping mode of the wireless data transmission module are coordinated to accomplish the low-power consumption design of the system.The circuit simulation software Proteus is used for simulation experiment of circuit power consumption.The experimental results verify that the three low-power consumption design schemes proposed in this paper can reduce the power consumption of the system,and solve the self-powered supply problem of the small-volume battery in the wireless temperature detection system.
