水轮机调速器油压装置及供油管路的技术改造

摘　　要：某电厂2号水轮机调速器油压装置引导阀和转换阀运行了20多年,阀芯弹簧力不稳定,转换油路可靠性下降。为消除设备缺陷,该电厂对油压装置油泵控制及供油管路进行了改造,撤除引导阀和转换阀,调整油压信号开关来控制调速器主用和备用油泵启停,并加装管道油泵实现回油箱油自循环冷却和过滤。改造后油压装置能满足机组安全运行所需稳定油压,同时回油箱的油温大大降低,油质得到改善。It has been over 20 years for the operation of guide valve and changeover valve of oil pressure equipment of No.2 hydro turbine governor in a power plant,which has led to the unstable spring force of valve core and the dropping stability of changeover oil circuit.In order to eliminate equipment defects,the oil pump control and the oil supply pipeline of the oil pressure equipment are modified in the power plant including the removement of the guide valve and the changeover valve,the adjustment of oil pressure signal switch to control the start/stop of main and standby oil pump of the governor and the installation of oil pump of pipeline to realize the self-circulation cooling and filtration of return oil tank.After the modification,the oil pressure equipment can satisfy the stable oil pressure needed in the secure and stable operation the generator unit,and at the same time the oil temperature in return oil tank has been greatly reduced and the oil quality has been improved.
