摘　　要：针对当前外包编目数据质量管理与控制的难题,论文提出引入六西格玛管理方法对外包数据进行流程管理,旨在改善外包数据质量、改进编目工作。根据六西格玛法的DMAIC过程及高校图书馆外包数据的数据流程,制定"定义对象、实施测量、审查分析、改进质量、控制成果"五个步骤来管理和控制外包编目数据质量,并选取样本实施一次管理实践。六西格玛管理方法对改善外包数据质量具有有效性。In view of the current problem of data quality management and control,six-sigma management method is used to improve outsourcing cataloging data quality and cataloging work.According to six-sigma’s DMAIC and the data flow of university library outsourcing data,this paper works out five steps“define the object,measure,review and analysis,improve quality,control results”to manage and control the data quality,and takes a sample to practice.Sixsigma management method is effective to improve the outsourcing cataloging data quality.
