荆防汤内服加坐浴治疗肛门瘙痒症患者临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察荆防汤以内服+坐浴的方式治疗肛门瘙痒症患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年6月在我院接受治疗的76例肛门瘙痒症患者临床资料,按不同治疗方式分为研究组与对照组,每组38例。对照组以口服常规西药+外涂复方咪康唑软膏方式治疗,研究组以荆防汤内服+坐浴方式治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.37%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月的复发率分别为0%、2.70%、5.41%,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肛门瘙痒症患者使用荆防汤以内服+坐浴的方式进行治疗可有效消除患者临床症状,且复发率低。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the Jingfang decoction(荆防汤)plus bath treatment on anal pruritus.Methods:The clinical data of 76 patients with anal pruritus who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected.The patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to different treatment methods.There were 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine plus topical compound miconazole ointment.The study group was treated with the Jingfang decoction(荆防汤)orally and bath therapy,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rates in the study group 3 months,6 months,and 9 months after treatment were 0%,2.70%and 5.41%respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jingfang decoction(荆防汤)and bath treatment could effectively eliminate the clinical symptoms in treating anal pruritus and the recurrence rate was low.
