经阴道四维子宫输卵管超声造影对输卵管通畅性评估价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道四维子宫输卵管超声造影评估输卵管通畅性的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年2月-2017年11月在我院经阴道四维子宫输卵管超声造影检查后于30 d内进行腹腔镜手术的60例女性不孕症患者的临床资料,平均年龄(29.51±3.15)岁。并将超声造影结果与腹腔镜美蓝通液检查结果进行对比并分析。结果:60例患者经阴道四维子宫输卵管超声造影检查共显影108条输卵管,将腹腔镜下美蓝通液检查结果作为金标准,该方式诊断符合率为75.00%,通畅、通而不畅、阻塞的符合率分别为77.78%、60.00%、76.92%;经阴道四维子宫输卵管超声造影诊断输卵管阻塞的特异度为86.96%、敏感度为76.92%、准确度为83.33%。结论:经阴道四维子宫输卵管超声造影是一种安全、有效的筛查输卵管堵塞的方法。Objective:To explore the application value of oviduct patency by transvaginal ultrasonography.Methods:The clinical data of 60 cases of female infertility patients treated in our hospital from February 2016 to November 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients received laparoscopic surgery 30 days within vaginal four-dimensional uterus oviduct contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination,the average age was(29.51±3.15)years old.The results were compared and analyzed with those of laparoscopy.Results:A total of 108 fallopian tubes were detected after vaginal four-dimensional uterus oviduct contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination in 60 patients.The results of the laparoscopic methylene blue liquid test were used as gold standard,the way coincidence rate of diagnosis was 75.00%,the coincidence rate of unobstructed,blocking and jammed was 77.78%,60.00%,76.92%respectively.The specificity of the diagnosis of fallopian tube obstruction was 86.96%,the sensitivity was 76.92%and the accuracy was 83.33%.Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasonography was a safe and effective way to screen the blockage of fallopian tubes.
