摘　　要：现货市场是电力市场体系的关键环节,对市场运营组织者及其责任、市场价格和出清机制等电力现货市场的组织和运行中的关键问题进行了分析和研究,提出了现货市场的运行应由交易机构和调度机构协作组织、价格机制必须体现电能的时间和位置特性等。研究成果可以为现货市场的建设和设计者提供参考。Power spot market plays a crucial role in support to the whole electricity market.This paper firstly makes an analysis and study on the key issues in the organization and operation of electric power spot market concerning marketing organizers and their responsibilities,market prices and clearing mechanism.And then the paper comes up with the idea that the operation of spot market is coordinated by trading institutions and scheduling structures,and that the price mechanism must reflect the time and location characteristics of electric energy.The research results provide references for the construction and designers of power spot market.
