摘　　要：本文首先界定了基于生命周期理论的高校学生档案管理的内涵,紧接着结合北外档案馆的工作实践介绍了不同阶段档案管理的内容,着重点为档案收集工作,最后指出了学生档案管理工作难点,并提出解决思路。First,the paper defines the connotation of college students archives management based on life cycle theory,and then introduces the archives management contents of different stages combined with the practice of BFSU archives with archives collection as the emphasis.Finally,it points out the difficulties in students archives management,and puts forward the solutions.
