摘　　要：随着电子政务信息化和档案教育管理工作的不断深入,加强档案教育工作的信息化建设,提高教育管理工作的效率,使其更好地为档案人才队伍建设服务,已经成为全国各地档案教育工作创新发展的重要方向。本文以辽宁省档案教育工作为例,对档案教育培训工作平台建设必要性进行分析,对比国内外档案教育培训发展现状,对新时代档案教育培训工作平台的建设与实施提出切实可行的解决方案,重点阐述了平台创建思路、框架设计、数据库设计、功能介绍和实施措施,具有较强的操作性。With the continuous deepening of e-government informatization and archives education management,it has become an important direction of innovation and development of archives education throughout the country to strengthen the informatization of archives education,improve the efficiency of education management,and make it better serve the archival personnel construction.Taking the archives education work in Liaoning province as an example,this paper analyzes the necessity of building an archives education and training platform,compares the development status of archives education and training at home and abroad,and puts forward practical solutions to the platform construction and implementation of the archives education and training in the new era.This paper focuses on the platform creation ideas,framework design,database design,function introduction and implementation measures,and has strong operability.
