高校教师业绩档案的服务型管理模式研究

摘　　要：高校教师业绩档案的特点及价值,决定了高校教师业绩档案管理应进行系统设计和规划。本文分析了高校教师业绩档案管理与服务缺乏主动性、系统性、创新性的现状,阐明了建立服务型高校教师业绩档案管理有利于提高档案管理效率、充分发挥档案的价值,最后提出通过完善运行机制、创新服务方式、明确档案管理职责、制订分类分层管理标准等途径,构建与高校和教师发展相适应的高校教师业绩档案服务型管理新模式。The characteristics and value of university teachers'performance archives determine that management should be systematically designed and planned.This paper analyzes the current situation of lack of initiative,systematism and innovation in the management and service of university teachers'performance archives.It is stated that the establishment of service-oriented university teachers'performance archives management is beneficial to improve the efficiency of archives management and utilize the archives value.Finally,a new service-oriented management mode of the university teachers'performance archives is proposed that adapts to the development of university and teachers by improving operating mechanism,innovating service pattern,clarifying archives management responsibilities and setting hierarchical classification management standards.
