摘 要:建设用地条件是渝东南地区发展的限制性因子之一,同时该区域经济发展与生态保护之间矛盾突出,有拟定人口经济规模的迫切需求。研究基于GIS平台,选取弹性与刚性相结合的指标体系,对渝东南地区开展了用地适宜性评价。结果显示,该区域适宜建设用地、可建设用地、不宜建设用地和不可建设用地占比分别为0.1%,2.4%,15.7%和81.9%。自然地理格局是建设用地条件差的主要原因,全域适宜和可建设用地总量小且分散,不适合大规模城镇化开发。秀山、黔江用地条件相对较好,而武隆、酉阳用地条件较差。基于建设用地供应能力,研究对区域人口容量进行了分析,结果表明,渝东南地区总体仍有人口容量供应潜力,可进一步容纳人口77.0万,但局部地区人口已超载,武隆、酉阳超载率分别为12.7%和7.9%,宜考虑人口疏解。The construction land condition is one of the restrictive factors in the development of Southeast Chongqing,the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection in this region is prominent,and there is an urgent need tostudy out the economic scale of the population.Based on the GIS platform,an index system combining elasticity and rigidity is selected to evaluate the suitability of land in Southeast Chongqing.The results show that the lands suitable for construction,lands that can be used for construction,lands unsuitable for construction and lands that cannot be used for construction account for 0.1%,2.4%,15.7%and 81.9%respectively.The physical geographical pattern is the main reason for poor condition of construction lands.The total lands suitable for construction and lands that can be used for construction are small and distributed in a dispersive manner,thus,the large-scale urbanization development is not suitable.The land conditions are relatively good in Xiushan and Qianjiang and relatively poor in Wulong and Youyang.Based on the capacity of construction land supply,the regional population capacity is analyzed.The results show that the Southeast Chongqing still has the potential for population capacity supply and can further accommodate 770,000 people.However,overpopulation occurs in some areas and the overpopulation rates in Wulong and Youyang are 12.7%and 7.9%respectively,thus the population transfer should be considered in such areas.
