摘　　要：饲料级磷酸氢钙是饲料中常用的矿物质饲料添加剂,可以可加速畜禽生长发育,缩短育肥期,达到快速增重的目的。云南磷化集团有限公司磷化工事业部饲料级磷酸氢钙盐项目采用直接中和法生产40万t/a饲料磷酸氢钙III(MDCP)和10万t/a饲料磷酸二氢钙(MCP),具有工业三废排放低、产品能耗低、资源利用率高、产品质量高等特点,是典型的绿色生产工艺。Feed grade calcium phosphate is a common mineral feed additive in feed,which can accelerate the growth and development of livestock and poultry,shorten the period of fattening and reach the goal of rapid weight gain.The feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate project of Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.uses direct neutralization method to produce 400kt/a feed mono-dicalcium phosphate(MDCP)and 100kt/a feed monocalcium phosphate(MCP).It has the characteristics of low industrial waste,low energy consumption of products,high utilization of resources and high quality of products.This is a green production process.
