摘 要:目前市场上对珍珠岩的膨胀倍数测定方法比较成熟,但是不同矿区的珍珠岩在选矿加工的过程中受预热温度及焙烧的温度影响较大,不能按照统一标准进行。探讨了在一定的样品粒径,预热时间,焙烧时间等条件下,预热温度及焙烧温度对珍珠岩膨胀性能的影响。通过正交试验方法得出某一矿区珍珠岩最佳的预热温度和焙烧温度,以达到珍珠岩的最佳膨胀性能。At present,the method for determining the expansion ratio of perlite is relatively mature,but the perlite in different mining areas is greatly affected by the preheating temperature and the calcination temperature during the beneficiation process,and cannot be carried out according to the uniform standard.This paper mainly discusses the effects of preheating temperature and calcination temperature on the expansion properties of perlite under certain conditions such as sample size,preheating time and calcination time.The optimum preheating temperature and calcination temperature of perlite in a mining area are obtained by orthogonal test method to achieve the best expansion performance of perlite.
