摘  要:为研究镉对果蝇的生态毒理效应,以拟果蝇为材料,研究了不同质量浓度(5、10、20、40、80 mg/L)Cd^(2+)在果蝇体内的积累及对其生长发育的影响。结果表明:镉在果蝇体内的积累量与培养基中Cd^(2+)质量浓度呈显著正相关。镉胁迫下果蝇的化蛹时间和羽化时间显著延长,化蛹量和羽化量显著减少,幼虫和成虫质量显著降低,雌雄果蝇体内的脂肪含量随Cd^(2+)质量浓度升高显著降低。较低质量浓度Cd^(2+)(5、10 mg/L)胁迫对果蝇的性别比没有显著影响,较高质量浓度Cd^(2+)(20、40、80 mg/L)胁迫时果蝇性别比显著升高。说明镉对果蝇的生长发育产生了明显的抑制作用,果蝇有潜力成为环境镉污染监测的指示生物。In order to investigate the ecotoxicological responses of Drosophila to cadmium,the bioaccumulation of cadmium in D.simulans and its effect on their growth and development were studied by exposing them to different concentrations of Cd 2+(5,10,20,40 and 80 mg/L).The results showed that the accumulation of cadmium in D.simulans was positively correlated with Cd 2+concentration in the medium.Cadmium significantly enhanced the larval and pupal duration,and total number of pupas and adult flies significantly decreased compared to the control treatment.The body mass of larvae and adult flies decreased with the increase of Cd 2+concentration,and each treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.Fat content in both female and male adult flies significantly decreased with the increase of Cd 2+concentration.Lower concentration of Cd 2+(5,10 mg/L)had no significant effect on the sex ratio of the adults,but higher concentration of Cd 2+(20,40,80 mg/L)significantly increased their sex ratio.These results suggest that the growth and development of Drosophila are obviously inhibited by cadmium exposure,and Drosophila has potential as an indicator of contamination by cadmium.
