摘　　要：根据现有的煤矿综采方式,提出一种单体立柱和支架压力监测新方法,通过显示6种不同颜色来指示6个压力阶段。在试验测定显示材料应力-变色特性基础上,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件和LS-DYNA模块分别对监测传感器进行了灵敏度和60 MPa冲击载荷下的特性分析,结果表明设计满足要求,冲击载荷下响应速度快;最后分析得到观测角度范围为0~100°。Acordding to the existing model of coal mine caving technique,the paper puts forward a new kind of legs and pow?ered support pressure monitoring method,which can indicate 6 pressure stages by 6 kinds of colors.On the basis of stress?color variations property of mechanochromic materials by experimental testing,the sensitivities and the dynamical response characteris?tics under 60 MPa bumping load of monitoring sensors was analyzed by ANSYS and LS-DYNA software module respectively,the results show that the method meets the requirements of design and gets a quick response under bumping load;finally the observa?tion angles range is 0~100°was obtained by calculating.
