摘  要:针对工业环境监测平台系统布线复杂、建设成本高等问题,提出了一种基于Wi Fi无线传感器网络的工业环境监测平台系统,对PM2.5粉尘浓度、甲醛浓度、VOC浓度和温湿度等进行实时监测。该工业环境监测平台系统以STM32F103处理器和ESP8266 Wi Fi射频模块为核心组建无线传感器网络,同时以上位机软件搭建实时观测界面,通过无线传感器网络实时接收各传感器数据,完成对工业环境监测。对该工业环境监测平台系统进行整体测试,结果表明:系统工作稳定,检测数据准确度高。According to the existing problems of complex wiring,high construction cost of the industrial environment monito?ring platform system.An industrial environmental monitoring platform system based on WiFi wireless sensor network is put forward to monitor the concentration of the PM2.5 dust,sulfur dioxide,VOC,temperature and humidity in real time.The industrial envi?ronment monitoring platform system applies STM32F103 processor and ESP8266 WiFi RF module to establish the wireless sensor network and uses host computer software to build real?time monitoring interface to receive and analysis the data of each sensor in real time in order to accomplish industrial environment monitoring.The overall test of the industrial environment monitoring plat?form system shows that the industrial environment monitoring platform system works steadily and the accuracy of the detection da?ta is high.
