摘  要:基于超声波测距渡越时间法原理,分析了影响测距精度的主要因素,提出了误差补偿方法,建立了测距系统模型。以T/R40-16压电式收发分离型超声波探头为例,将计算模型数据输入新设计的测距系统软硬件中。实验结果表明,在不提高测试系统成本的前提下,测距精度由原来的1.4%提升到0.5%。Based on the time?of?flight principle of ultrasonic ranging,this study analyzes the main factors affecting the ran?ging accuracy of ultrasonic distance measurement and proposed an error compensation method.A system model for distance meas?urement has been established.Taking the T/R40-16 transmit/receiver respectively piezoelectric ultrasonic probe as an example,this paper has integrated the calculation model data into software and hardware of the designed distance measurement system.Ex?perimental results show that the accuracy of the distance measurement can be increased from 1.4%to 0.5%without incurring any additional cost
