摘　　要：目的: 探讨锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)在评价仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗绝经后牙周炎女性患者牙槽骨的影响中的应用价值。方法: 选取绝经后慢性牙周炎女性患者90例随机分为空白组、对照组和观察组各30例;空白组患者采用传统牙周病基础治疗方法,对照组除基础治疗外口服钙尔奇-D,观察组除基础治疗外口服仙灵骨葆胶囊。采用CBCT观察患者牙槽骨高度和牙槽骨密度。结果: 三组患者同一治疗时间点以及同组患者不同治疗时间左下第一磨牙近中、远中、颊侧、舌侧牙槽骨高度比较均无显著差异;第一次和第二次复诊时对照组和观察组牙槽骨密度均显著高于空白组,但对照组和观察组组间比较差异不显著。结论: CBCT在评价仙灵骨+葆胶囊治疗绝经后牙周炎女性患者前后牙槽骨的改变中具有较好应用价值。Objective:To explore the application value of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)in evaluation of the effects of Xianling Gubao capsule on alveolarbone mass in postmenopausal women with peridontitis.Methods:Ninety women were selected and randomly divided into a blank group,a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each.The blank group was treated with routine basic therapy and the control group was treated with routine basic therapy plus oral caltrate-D while the observation group with Xianling Gubao capsule on the basis of blank group.The alveolar bone height and density were recorded by CBCT.Results:There were no significant differences in alveolar bone height among the three groups at the same time point and at the four sites of the left lower first molars at different time points.The alveolar bone mineral density of the control group and the observation group were significantly higher than that of the blank group at the first and second visits.There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion:CBCT possesses good value in evaluating the changes of alveolar bone in the treatment of postmenopausal women with periodontitis with Xianling Gubao capsule.
