摘  要:采用同向双螺杆挤出机通过加入聚酰胺(PA)66/6、聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)以及含羧基超支化聚合物等功能性树脂制备了高玻纤含量PA66复合材料(玻纤质量分数为55%),探讨了PA66/6和MXD6及其复配组合对复合材料的力学性能、流动性能、外观和热性能的影响。结果表明,加入功能性树脂后,复合材料的力学性能、熔体流动速率(MFR)和产品光泽度均得到明显提升,而熔融温度和热分解温度下降、结晶温度升高,但热变形温度基本没有变化。与加入MXD6的复合材料相比,加入PA66/6的复合材料拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度、MFR、产品光泽度及结晶温度相对较高,而弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量、熔融温度和热分解温度较低。等质量比复配PA66/6和MXD6 (两者质量比为5/5)可以起到互补作用,但效果不显著;在此基础上非等比例增加PA66/6和MXD6的用量(两者质量比为10/8),复合材料的力学性能最佳,其拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量和缺口冲击强度分别达到248,341,17 263MPa和18.5kJ/m2,MFR达到38.1g/10min,光泽度达到62%,熔融温度、结晶温度和初始热分解温度分别为257.8,222.6℃和419.5℃,最大热失重速率温度虽然最低,但仍在450℃以上,具有较好的热稳定性。Polyamide(PA)66 composites with high glass fiber content(the mass fraction of glass fiber is 55%)were prepared by co-rotating twin screw extruder with adding functional resins including PA66/6,poly(m-xylylene adipimide)(MXD6)and hyperbranched polymers with carboxyl.The effects of PA66/6 and MXD6 and their combination on the mechanical properties,melt flow properties,appearance and thermal properties of the composites were investigated.The results show that,after adding the functional resins,the mechanical properties,melt flow rate(MFR)and product gloss of the composites are increased obviously,but the melting and thermal decomposition temperature are decreased,the crystallization temperature is increased,moreover,the heat deflection temperature has no change basically.The tensile strength,notched impact strength,MFR,product gloss and crystallization temperature of the composite with PA66/6 are higher than those of the composite with MXD6,but the flexural strength and modulus,melting and thermal decomposition temperature are all lower.The combination of PA66/6 and MXD6 with equal mass ratio(5/5)can play a complementary role,but the effects are not obvious.Based on the combination,increasing the content of PA66/6 and MXD6 with non equal mass ratio(10/8),the composite has best mechanical properties,the tensile strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus and notched impact strength are 248,341,17 263 MPa and 18.5 kJ/m2 respectively,MFR reaches 38.1 g/10 min and product gloss is 62%,the melting,crystallization and initial thermal decomposition temperature are 257.8,222.6℃and 419.5℃respectively,although the maximum thermal decomposition temperature is lowest but is still higher than 450℃,which indicates the composite has good thermal stability.
