摘  要:利用化学发泡注塑方法制备了车用玻璃纤维增强尼龙6 (PA6/GF)微发泡材料,首先研究了偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂母粒含量对微发泡材料泡孔形态及其制件表观质量和密度的影响,发现发泡剂母粒质量分数不超过2%时可获得泡孔形态及表观质量较好的发泡制件,当发泡剂母粒质量分数为2%时,制件密度减小了18.1%。进一步研究了注塑工艺参数对PA6/GF微发泡材料泡孔形态、制件密度以及材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,适当提高注塑温度有利于优化泡孔孔径,降低制件密度,提高材料力学性能,但当注塑温度超过260℃后,易破坏泡孔形态,并使拉伸强度和弯曲弹性模量下降;注塑压力不宜超过80MPa,否则会导致泡孔形态变差,力学性能下降明显;适当提高注射速度可提高泡孔均匀性及材料弯曲弹性模量,但对制件密度影响较小;调整模具温度在60~70℃时,有利于进一步提高PA6/GF微发泡材料的力学性能及减重效果。PA6/GF微发泡材料成型最佳工艺参数为注塑温度260℃,注塑压力80MPa,注射速度90mm/s,模具温度70℃,同时发泡剂母粒最佳质量分数为2%。The nylon(PA)6/glass fiber(GF)micro-cellular material used for automobile was prepared by chemical foaming injection method,and the effects of azodicarbonamide foaming agent masterbatch content on the cell morphology,part apparent quality and density of the micro-cellular material were studied.It is found that,when the mass fraction of the foaming agent masterbatch is not more than 2%,a foaming part with good cell morphology and apparent quality is gained,the density decreases by 18.1%when the mass fraction of the foaming agent masterbatch is 2%.The influences of injection process parameters on the cell morphology,density and mechanical properties of the micro-cellular material were studied further.The results show that,improving injection temperature properly can optimize the cell size,decrease the density and improve the mechanical properties,but when the injection temperature is above 260℃,the cell morphology is destroyed and the tensile strength and flexural modulus are reduced.Injection pressure should not exceed 80 MPa,or the cell morphology becomes worse and the mechanical properties decrease obviously.Improving injection speed properly can increase the cell uniformity and flexural modulus,but has slight influence on the density.The mould temperature at 60-70℃is benefit to improve the mechanical properties and weight reduction effect of the micro-cellular material further.The optimum injection processing parameters of PA6/GF micro-cellular material are that,the injection temperature is 260℃,injection pressure is 80 MPa,injection speed is 90 mm/s and mould temperature is 70℃,meanwhile,the optimal mass fraction of the foaming agent masterbatch is 2%.
