摘  要:采用自主研发的长玻璃纤维(LGF)浸渍挤出装置制备LGF增强丙烯腈–苯乙烯–丙烯酸酯塑料(ASA)/热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(PUR-T)复合材料。选用苯乙烯–丙烯腈共聚物接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(SAG)和聚苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐(SMA)作为增容剂提升LGF与基体树脂的相容性,以获得性能优异的ASA/PUR-T/LGF复合材料。研究发现SAG作为增容剂的增容效果好于SMA,当SAG用量为6份时,复合材料的力学性能最优,其拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量和缺口冲击强度分别达到131.1,181.3,6 790MPa和27.8kJ/m2。使用动态热机械分析研究了SAG增容复合材料的动态力学性能。结果表明,随着SAG用量的增加,复合材料的储能模量先逐渐增大然后降低,而损耗因子(tanδ)峰值先逐渐降低而后有所升高;当增容剂用量为6份时,储能模量最高、tanδ峰值最低。此外,通过扫描电子显微镜观察SAG增容复合材料的微观形貌,发现LGF和基体树脂之间的界面粘合由于增容剂SAG的加入明显改善。A series of long glass fiber(LGF)reinforced acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate plastic(ASA)/thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(PUR-T)composites were prepared using a long glass fiber dipping extrusion device independently designed by self.The(styrene-acrylonitrile)copolymer grafted glycidyl methacrylate(SAG)and polystyrene grafted maleic anhydride(SMA)were used as compatibilizers to enhance the compatibility of the LGF with the matrix resin to obtain a ASA/PUR-T/LGF composite with excellent properties.It is found that the compatibilizing effects of SAG as compatibilizer on the composite are better than that of SMA.When the SAG content is 6 phr,the mechanical properties of the composite are optimal,the tensile strength reaches 131.1 MPa,flexural strength reaches 181.3 MPa,flexural modulus reaches 6 790 MPa,and the notched impact strength reaches 27.8 kJ/m2.Dynamic thermal mechanical analysis was used to study the dynamic mechanical properties of the composite with the compatibilizer SAG.The results show that as the content of SAG increases,the storage modulus of the composite first increases and then decreases,but the loss factor(tanδ)peak value decreases firstly and increases lastly.When the content of SAG is 6 phr,the storage modulus is the highest and tanδpeak value is the lowest.In addition,the microscopic morphology of the composite with the SAG was observed by scanning electron microscopy.it is found that the interfacial adhesion between the LGF and the matrix resin is significantly improved due to the addition of the compatibilizer SAG.
