摘 要:采用油酸钾对碱式硫酸镁晶须(MOS)进行表面改性处理,然后将其与聚氯乙烯/丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(PVC/ABS)合金熔融共混,制备了MOS改性PVC/ABS合金材料,研究了改性前后MOS用量对合金材料力学性能、熔体流动速率(MFR)和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,随MOS用量增加,PVC/ABS合金材料的弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度和MFR总体呈先升后降趋势,拉伸强度逐渐下降,极限氧指数(LOI)逐渐上升;采用油酸钾改性后,各性能变化趋势与未改性时相同,力学性能和MFR得到进一步提升,而阻燃性能变化不大。当改性MOS用量为10份时,PVC/ABS合金材料的综合性能最好,弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度最高,分别为75.5MPa和15.9kJ/m2,较未加MOS时分别提高了13.5%和40.7%,较相同用量下未改性时分别提高了2.2%和7.4%,拉伸强度和MFR分别为47.6MPa和2.255g/10 min,垂直燃烧阻燃等级达到V–0级,LOI达到32.2%。The surface of magnesium oxysulfate whisker(MOS)was modified with potassium oleate,then MOS was melted and blended with polyvinyl chloride/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic(PVC/ABS)alloy for preparing MOS modified PVC/ABS alloy,and the effects of MOS contents and modified MOS contents on the mechanical properties,melt flow rate(MFR)and flame retardancy of the alloy were investigated.The results show that with the increase of MOS content,the bending strength,notched impact strength and MFR of the alloy increase firstly and then decrease on the whole,tensile strength decreases gradually,and limiting oxygen index(LOI)gradually increases.After modification with potassium oleate,the change trends of above properties are the same as that in the unmodified state,the mechanical properties and MFR are further improved,while the changes of the flame retardancy are slight.When the content of modified MOS is 10 phr,the alloy exhibits optimal comprehensive properties,the bending strength and notched impact strength are the highest,which are 75.5 MPa and 15.9 kJ/m2 respectively,increase by 13.5%and 40.7%compared with those without MOS,compared with unmodified MOS under the same content,they are improved by 2.2%and 7.4%respectively,the tensile strength and MFR are 47.6 MPa and 2.255 g/10 min respectively,the flame retardant grade of vertical combustion reaches V–0 and LOI reaches 32.2%.
