益气活血解毒汤治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨益气活血解毒汤治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月我院收治的116例慢性稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各58例。对照组实行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予益气活血解毒汤。对比两组患者的治疗效果、硝酸甘油减停率及治疗前、后生活质量。结果观察组治疗的总有效率及硝酸甘油减停率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前生活质量得分无明显差别(P>0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血解毒汤能有效的提高慢性稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者的治疗效果,并减少硝酸甘油的用量及改善患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction in treating chronic stable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 116 cases of chronic stable angina pectoris Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital in January 2015~2016 December were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random digital table method,each with 58 cases.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group was given Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment effect,the rate of nitroglycerin reduction and the quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and the reduction rate of nitroglycerin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the score of the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction can effectively improve the treatment effect of chronic stable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin and improve the quality of life of the patients.
