摘  要:为解决传统含铅骨瓷熔块在使用中的各种危害问题,研制出无铅骨瓷熔块。在唐山客户使用过程中遇到釉泡、低成本高温快烧等问题。本文首先对釉泡、低成本高温快烧等问题产生的原因进行分析,分析结果对熔块的配方进行优化改进;然后针对客户生产现场的实际情况,对球磨机的球磨效率、窑炉的温度曲线进行调整。最后,通过对骨瓷熔块配方的优化和客户生产工艺的调整,使釉泡、低成本高温快烧等问题得到解决。同时通过有效对膨胀系数、软化点、熔块熔流的品质管控,无铅骨瓷熔块在唐山市场更有竞争力,客户的优等品率得到大幅提升,产品质量大幅提高。In order to remove the risks caused by conventional lead bone china frits,lead-free bone china frits were developed.However,problems like glaze bubbles and low-cost high-temperature fast-firing occurred to the users of the products in Tangshan.In this study,the causes of these problems were analyzed.Then based on the research results,the problems were solved by improving the formula of the bone china frits and adjusting the client’s ball mill efficiency and firing curve.Finally,through the effective control of the thermal expansion,the melting point and the melt flow index,the lead-free bone china frits became more competitive in the market in Tangshan,the rate of the client’s first-choice products drastically increased,and the product quality remarkably improved.
