摘 要:为了提高PVDF微滤膜的亲水性和抗污染性能,通过浸没沉淀相转换法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微滤膜,利用多巴胺超强的黏附性及易自聚形成聚多巴胺(PDA)的优势,对PVDF微滤膜进行表面涂覆改性,并通过ATR-FTIR、SEM和抗污染性能测试等方法探究PVDF微滤膜的性能.结果表明:通过涂覆的方法成功地将PDA沉积在PVDF微滤膜表面,改善了PVDF微滤膜表面亲水性和抗蛋白吸附性能,水接触角从纯PVDF膜的95°降低至改性膜的44°,对BSA蛋白的截留率为96.5%,通量恢复率(FRR)从纯PVDF微滤膜的43.26%增加到改性膜的77.73%.In order to improve the hydrophilicity and antifouling properties of PVDF microfiltration membrane,poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)microfiltration membrane was prepared by immersion precipitation phase conversion method.Dopamine was used to improve the hydrophilicity of PVDF membrane by surface coating due to the advantage of DA super strong adhesion and easy self polymerization to form polydopamine(PDA).The properties of the modified PVDF microfiltration membrane were investigated by ATR-FTIR,SEM and anti pollution test.The results showed that PDA layer was successfully deposited on the surface of PVDF microfiltration membrane,and the surface hydrophilicity and anti-protein properties were improved.The initial contact angle of PVDF membrane was decreased from 95°to about 44°for pure membrane.The rejection ratio to BSA reached about 95%and the flux recovery rate(FRR)was 43.26%for pure PVDF microfiltration membrane and was increased to 77.73%for the modified membrane.
