摘 要:为了研究纳米TiO_2整理织物的自清洁性能,首先使用自制的宽光谱响应型纳米TiO_2水溶胶通过浸染工艺整理涤纶织物,然后采用染料罗丹明B作为特定模拟污垢,定量化考察了纳米TiO_2水溶胶添加量和染料浓度对整理织物自清洁性能的影响,并与浸轧整理工艺进行了比较.研究结果表明:使用纳米TiO_2水溶胶通过浸染工艺能够制备具有优良自清洁性能的整理涤纶织物,提高纳米TiO_2水溶胶添加量不仅能够增加纳米TiO_2粒子在涤纶织物表面负载量,而且能够对吸附于表面的染料、咖啡和酱油等实现自清洁效应,其对3种污渍最终的去除率分别达到95.24%、57.14%和70.06%.此外,浸染法制备的纳米TiO_2整理涤纶织物比浸轧法具有更好的自清洁性能.In order to study the self-cleaning property of fabric finished by nano-TiO2 particles,polyester fabric was finished with self-made broad spectrum corresponding-based nano TiO2 hydrosol(abbr.TiO2 sol)by high temperature pressure exhaustion process.Organic dye Rh B was selected as special model stain to evaluate the effect of TiO2 sol dosage and Rh B concentration on self-cleaning performance of the finished fabric,which was compared with the fabric finished by padding process.The results indicated that the polyester fabric with excellent self-cleaning performance could be prepared by high temperature pressure exhaustion process.Higher TiO2 sol dosage not only increased nano TiO2 loading,but also enhanced the self-cleaning effect for different concentration of dyes and two real stains(coffee and dark soy sauce)adsorbed on fabric surface under the UV light conditions.The removal efficiencies for three stains on the fabric surface are 95.24%,57.14%and 70.06%,respectively.In addition,sample finished by exhaustion process showed better self-cleaning performance than that by padding process at the same conditions.
