摘 要:选取宁夏宁东(ND)鸳鸯湖矿区高硫煤作为研究对象,在高纯氮气气氛下,以5℃/min升温速率,制备出不同温度下的半焦.利用化学分析法、FTIR和XPS研究热解过程中硫的变迁规律.结果表明:不同粒度级别煤粉中的全硫质量分数差异较大,煤中的硫分布不均匀,不同粒度级别的煤粉全硫与灰分之间呈线性关系,灰分质量分数越高,全硫质量分数也越高;煤中主要硫的形态为有机硫,占57.39%(质量分数,下同),其次是硫铁矿硫,占40.80%,硫酸盐硫占1.81%;热解全硫迁移率随着温度的升高而升高,600℃时达到最大,随着温度进一步升高,全硫迁移率有稍许下降.热解过程中,在540cm-1附近的二硫醚S—S特征峰强度由室温~500℃范围内逐渐减弱,至700℃消失,在475cm-1附近的硫醇S—H特征峰强度随着热解温度升高逐渐减弱;当温度超过700℃时,稳定的噻吩硫质量分数增加,同时含硫气体会与煤中矿物质热分解产生的金属氧化物结合,部分转化为硫酸盐硫.In order to investigate the sulfur forms transformation of high-sulfur coal of Ningdong(ND)Yuanyanghu coal mining,the ND coal sample was selected as object.The carbocoal was prepared under nitrogen atmosphere in a horizontal tube furnace and heating rate was 5℃/min.The wet chemical method,FTIR and XPS were used to get transformations of sulfur functionality occurring during pyrolysis.The results show that the mass fraction of total sulfur in coal powder of different grain size is quite different and the sulfur distribution in coal is uneven.There is a linear relationship between total sulfur and mass fraction of ash of coal powder with different granularity levels.The higher mass fraction of ash the higher mass fraction of total sulfur.The main sulfur form in coal is organic sulfur,accounting for 57.39%(mass fraction,the same below),followed by pyrite sulfur,accounting for 40.80%and sulphate sulfur accounting for 1.81%.The total sulfur removal rate increases with the temperature increasing and reaches maximum at 600℃,as the temperature increasesing further the total sulfur removal rate decreases slightly.During pyrolysis process,the S-S and S-H bonds of the functional group containing sulfur change obviously,the characteristic peak strength of S-S near 540 cm-1 decreases with the temperature increasing and disappeares at 700℃.The peak strength of S-H bonds near 475 cm-1 decreases with the increasing of pyrolysis temperature.When the pyrolysis temperature is over 700℃,the unstable organic sulfur can be partially converted into stable thiophene sulfur,at the same time sulfurous gases will combine with metal oxide produced by the minerals during coal pyrolysis,partially into sulfate sulfur.
