摘 要:研究了煤液化柴油掺混甲醇形成的混合燃料对柴油机性能、燃烧和排放的影响;分析了混合燃料的密度、运动黏度和表面张力随温度和甲醇掺混比的变化规律,并计算了不同甲醇掺混比下混合燃料的十六烷值和低热值;通过柴油机台架试验,测量了不同工况和甲醇掺混比时的柴油机输出功率、转矩、当量燃油消耗率、气缸压力、NO_x排放和烟度,考察了柴油机动力性、经济性和排放特性的变化规律.结果表明:煤液化柴油/甲醇混合燃料的密度、运动黏度和表面张力随混合燃料温度的升高而降低;温度一定时,混合燃料的密度和表面张力随甲醇掺混比的增加而增加,运动黏度、十六烷值和低热值随甲醇掺混比的增加而降低;标定工况下,随着混合燃料甲醇掺混比由0%增加到15%,柴油机转矩由16.7N·m降低到14.6N·m,输出功率降低了12.6%,动力性下降;当量燃油消耗率降低,经济性提高;气缸压力和压力升高率分别增加了6.7%和2.6%;柴油机NO_x排放和排气烟度降幅最高达到24.2%和46.6%.The effect of engine fueled with mixture of coal liquefied diesel and methanol was studied.The variation of density,kinematic viscosity and surface tension of mixture at different temperatures and methanol mixing ratios were analyzed.The cetane number and low heating value of the mixed fuel with different methanol mixing ratios were calculated.The output power,torque,brake specific fuel consumption,cylinder pressure,NO x and smoke emission under different conditions and methanol mixing ratios were measured by engine bench test.The results show that the density,kinematic viscosity and surface tension of the coal liquefied diesel/methanol blended fuel decrease as the temperature of the blended fuel increases.When the temperature is constant,the density and surface tension of the blended fuel increase with the increase of the methanol mixing ratio.As the methanol mixing ratio of the blended fuel increases from 0%to 15%at the rated conditions,the diesel engine torque decreases from 16.7 N·m to 14.6 N·m,the output power decreases by 12.6%,and the power performance declines;the brake specific fuel consumption decreases and the economy is better;the cylinder pressure and rate of pressure rise increase by 6.7%and 2.6%,the emission decrease of NO x and smoke is up to 24.2%and 46.6%,respectively.
