摘  要:利用浮选法有效地分选出了煤气化炉渣中的炭,当煤油用量为10kg/t、2~#油用量为1.5kg/t、粒度D_(90)=123μm时,精炭的产率为21.81%,烧失量为85.03%.以精炭为前驱体、KOH为活化剂制备活性炭,结果表明:当碱炭质量比为2.0、活化温度为800℃、活化时间为1.5h时,制备出的活性炭碘吸附值和亚甲蓝吸附值分别为1 292mg/g和278mg/g,比表面积为1 226.8m^2/g,孔容为0.694cm3/g,孔隙分布以微孔和中孔为主,该浮选精炭是制备活性炭良好的原材料.The carbon in coal gasification slag had been effectively separated by flotation process.Under the condition of kerosene 10 kg/t,2#oil 1.5 kg/t,and particle size D 90≈123μm,the productivity of carbon concentrate can reach 21.81%and ignition loss reaches 85.03%.The preparation of activated carbon was conducted using carbon concentrate as precursor and KOH as activator.In the condition of alkali/carbon mass ratio 2∶1,activation temperature 800℃,and activation time 1.5 h,the prepared activated carbon shows the following characteristics:iodine and methylene blue adsorption value can be 1 292 mg/g and 278 mg/g,respectively,specific surface area 1 226.8 m^2/g,pore volume 0.694 cm^3/g.The pores are mainly micropores and mesopores,and the flotation carbon concentrate is a good raw material for activated carbon.
