摘 要:为了研究玄武岩纤维掺量对泡沫玻璃性能的影响,以粉煤灰、玻璃粉、玄武岩纤维及外加剂制备泡沫玻璃,分析不同掺量下玄武岩纤维对泡沫玻璃物理性能、力学性能和导热系数的影响。研究结果表明:随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增加,泡沫玻璃的表观密度、导热系数呈递增趋势,当玄武岩纤维掺量为3‰-4‰时,表观密度变化较为平缓;当玄武岩纤维掺量为1‰时,导热系数达到0.0631 W/(m·K),当玄武岩纤维掺量在1‰-5‰时,对泡沫玻璃的含水率、吸水率影响较小,分别维持在0.35%、15%左右;当玄武岩纤维的掺量在1‰-4‰时,泡沫玻璃的抗压、抗折强度逐渐增大,掺量在4‰时,试样的抗压、抗折强度达到8.28 MPa和0.75 MPa,相比于基准试样,分别提高了2.24倍和1.92倍。In order to study the effect of basalt fiber content on the properties of fly ash foam glass,foam glass was prepared using fly ash,glass powder,basalt fiber and additives.The influence of different basalt fiber content on fly ash foam glass’s physical properties,mechanical properties as well as thermal conductivity was studied.The results show that with the increase of basalt fiber content,there is an increasing tendency in both the apparent density and the heat conductivity of the fly ash foam glass;when the basalt fiber content is 3-4‰,the apparent density changes more gently;when the basalt fiber content is 1‰,the thermal conductivity reaches 0.0631 W/(m?K);when the basalt fiber content is 1-5‰,the impact on the moisture content and moisture absorption rate of the fly ash foam glass is not obvious,with them both maintained at about 0.35%and 15%respectively.When the basalt fiber content is 1-4‰,the compressive strength and the flexural strength of the fly ash foam glass increase gradually.When the basalt fiber content is 4‰,the compressive strength and the flexural strength are 8.28 MPa and 0.75 MPa respectively,increased by 2.24 and 1.92 times compared with those of the benchmark specimen.
