摘  要:通过对黑龙江省进行生物质潜能分析,可以确立以农业为主导的生物质能发展定位,进而优化能源消费结构。根据奥地利既有经验与供热设计规范确定热能传输阈值,建立黑龙江省生物质能发展网络理论模型,分析村镇密度与生物质发电厂选址及服务范围之间的关系。以建三江农场为例,在设定热能传输阈值与最少建设量的指导原则下,运用Arc GIS软件分析村镇区位与道路体系布局的关系,根据生物质发电厂选址适宜性等级形成生物质发电厂选址方案,构建适合当地状况的生物质能发展网络。In order to optimize the energy consumption structure in Heilongjiang province,we analyze the potential biomass energy and determine the development positioning for biomass energy with agriculture as the dominant factor.According to Austria's experience and heating design specification,we can determine the heat transfer threshold value,in order to establish the theory model of biomass energy's development network in Heilongjiang province,and analyze the relationships among village-town's density,biomass power plant's site selection and service scope.We select Jiansanjiang farm as the research subject,and use ArcGIS software to analyze the relationships between village-town's district and road system under the guiding principle of set heat transfer threshold value and minimum quantity of construction.Then,we can generate the compartment drawing about biomass power plant's site constructional suitability,and form a site selection plan of biomass power plant.Finally we can establish a biomass energy's development network which is suitable for the local condition.
