摘  要:为了保证移动模架高腹板箱型主梁螺栓群的可靠连接,峡西针对移动模架箱型主梁螺栓群的布置进行了设计与仿真分析。基于主梁截面内弯曲应变线性分布规律,建立了箱型主梁翼缘板与腹板的弯矩分配理论模型,并利用有限元程序ANSYS建立了移动模架主梁的空间模型,通过硬点和约束方程模拟了螺栓群连接,仿真计算验证了理论公式的准确性。利用所建立的弯矩分配理论模型和摩擦型高强螺栓设计原理,完成了某型移动模架主梁螺栓连接的优化设计,为同类型螺栓群设计提供了设计参考。In order to obtain the reliable bolted connections of movable scaffolding system(MSS)with high web plates,the bolts layout of MSS on box girders were designed and simulated by using ANSYS software.Based on the linear distribution regular of bending strain at girder cross section,the theory model was set up to calculate bend moment of flange plates and web plates.The 3D model of the MSS girder was established by using ANSYS.The bolts group connection was simulated by the hard and constrained equations.Furthermore,the exactitude of the theoretical formula was verified by simulation analysis.Based on the bend moment distribution model and the working principle of the friction type high strength bolts,the optimal design of MSS girder with bolted connections were completed.The technique provided in this paper supplies the reference for the design of the same type of machines.
