摘 要:为了分析水泥混凝土路面板底脱空在压浆处治后的力学行为,建立了ABAQUS三维有限元模型,对比分析了基于脱空及处治半径,脱空及处治深度,基层及压浆模量在压浆处治前后水泥面板弯拉应力和挠度的变化。结果表明:处治半径在[400,600]mm时对路面结构影响较大。加入压浆材料后,与处治前相比,挠度减幅超过55%。脱空深度为[5,10]mm时进行处治效果较好,且不同的脱空深度宜选用不同的压浆材料。当处治厚度较小时,处治厚度对水泥面板影响较大,但当处治半径较小时,则处治半径对水泥面板影响占据主导地位。压浆模量在[100,500]MPa范围内对水泥面板的弯拉应力和挠度影响大,但压浆模量不宜与基层模量相差过大,模量差控制在1 000 MPa以内是合适的。In order to analyze the mechanical behavior of voids breath cement concrete pavement after grouting,this paper establishes the ABAQUS three-dimensional finite element model,comparative analysis based on the radius of the void and treatment,the depth of the void and treatment,the modulus of the base and grouting before and after grouting treatment of cement plate bending stress and deflection.The results show that the treatment radius has a great influence on the pavement structure at[400,600]mm.After adding the grouting material,the deflection is more than 55%compared with that before the treatment.When the void depth is[5,10]mm,the treatment effect is better,and different blanking depth should be used.When the treatment depth is small,the treatment depth of the cement panel greater impact,but when the treatment radius is small,the treatment of the radius of the cement panel to occupy a dominant position.The modulus of grouting has a great influence on the bending stress and deflection of cement panel in the range of[100,500]MPa,but the modulus of grouting should not be too large and the modulus difference is less than 1 000 MPa.
