摘  要:采用兴安落叶松板材、结构胶粘剂,制作含有不同胶缝缺陷率的木梁试件,分5层板胶合,缺陷设置在梁的跨中。分别采用静力法和动力法测试其顺纹弹性模量,以评价其抗弯刚度。试验表明,静力法和动力法测试胶合木弹性模量的统计结果基本一致;单、双层胶缝缺陷试件的缺陷率分别为2%、4%,与胶合完好的试件相比,抗弯刚度平均值分别降低约10%、2%,变异系数均增大1倍多。这表明,有胶缝缺陷试件的结果离散性大,但抗弯刚度平均值的变化与胶缝缺陷率之间不成比例关系,是由于靠近试件截面中心轴的内层缺陷比外层缺陷对抗弯影响小及材料本身离散性较大的原因。In this paper,employing Xingan larch plank and structural adhesive,various defect rate of five-layer glulam beams were manufactured.The glue line defect is located in the midspan of the beam.The flexural elastic modulus of glulam beams was tested by static method and vibration method respectively to evaluate its flexural rigidity.The experiment shows that the test results of the two methods are basically the same.The defect rate of specimens of single and double-layer glue line defects was 2%and 4%respectively.Compared with the glulam beams in good condition,the average flexural rigidity was reduced by about 10%and 2%respectively,and the coefficient of variation was more than doubled.This shows that the result of specimen with glue line defect has a large dispersion.But there is no proportional relation between the mean value of flexural rigidity and the defect rate of glue line.This is due to the inner defect near the center axis of the specimen section has little effect on bending performance than that of the outer defect,and the dispersion of the material itself is large.
