摘 要:目的:探讨低场磁共振弥散加权成像在急性脑梗死诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取2016年7月-2017年7月到医院进行急性脑梗死治疗的患者50例,随机分为两组,每组25例,并编号为试验组和对照组。对照组患者使用CT进行检查,试验组患者使用低场磁共振弥散加权技术成像对患者进行检查。使用CT及使用弥散加权成像技术检查的准确率,调查患者对诊断结果满意度的评价。结果:在患者病发6 h内分别进行CT检查及弥散加权成像技术检查,试验组患者出现异常高信号22例,对照组为18例,试验组检查率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组患者进行CT检查及弥散加权成像技术检查,其中试验组患者经过治疗,生活质量为优患者16例,生活质量为良患者8例,生活质量差患者仅1例,对照分别为10、7、8例,两组优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者对诊断准确性满意度为92.00%,对照组患者仅为76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性脑梗死患者进行临床诊断,推荐使用低磁场共振技术弥散加权成像技术,具有更好的诊断效果以及推广应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical value of low field magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in hospital from July 2016 to July in-2017 were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group,and they were numbered as experimental group and control group.The patients in the control group were examined with CT,and the patients in the experimental group were examined with a low field magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging technique.The accuracy of CT and the use of diffusion weighted imaging techniques was used to investigate the evaluation of patients' satisfaction with the results of the diagnosis.Result:Ct and diffusionweighted imaging were performed within 6 hours after the onset of the disease.There were 22 cases of abnormal hyperintensity in the trial group and 18 cases in the control group.The examination rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were 16 cases of excellent quality of life,8 cases of good quality of life,1 case of poor quality of life in the trial group,and there were 10, 7, 8 cases of control group respectively.There was significant difference in the excellent and good rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfactory rate of diagnosis accuracy was 92.00 in the trial group and 76.00 in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For clinical diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction, it is recommended to use diffusion-weighted imaging with low field resonance technology, which has better diagnostic effect and application value.
