舒适护理在胃十二指肠溃疡大出血围手术期的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析舒适护理在胃十二指肠溃疡大出血围手术期的应用效果。方法:选取2016年9月-2017年9月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者64例,应用计算机随机分为两组,每组32例。对照组实施围术期常规护理,观察组采用围术期舒适护理。比对两组患者的手术相关指标和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率均少于对照组,观察组术后24 h和48 h疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者围手术期实施舒适护理应用优势明显,可以有效的缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少术中出血量和并发症发生率,更好地改善的术后疼痛,具有一定的应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of comfort nursing on the perioperative period of gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding.Method:Sixty-four patients with gastroduodenal ulcer hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative care and the observation group used perioperative comfort care.The surgically related indicators and complications between the two groups of patients were compared.Result:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,and complications rate were lower in the observation group than in the control group.The pain scores in the observation group at 24 h and 48 h were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The advantages of comfort nursing in the perioperative period in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer hemorrhage are obvious,which can effectively shorten the operation time and hospital stay,reduce the intraoperative blood loss and complication rate,and better improve the postoperative pain,has a certain application value.
